Overload Indicator

Overload

Overload indicatorThis is an Overload Indicator symbol. It will be seen if the load weight of the vehicle has been exceeded. It appears as a weight, or what may seem like a bell, with an exclamation point inside in yellow/amber.

  • Before continuing, are you sure this is your symbol?? If yes, then read on below.
  • Otherwise, you can return to our main Picture Symbols page and scan again!

The symbol will appear with out the exclamation point if the load approaches but does not exceed the load weight. An overloaded vehicle could become unstable on the road or even blow a tire.
