Loose Wheel
This is a Loose Wheel Warning Indicator symbol. The indicator is represented by a drawing of a mounted tire and wheel with a wrench or spanner above it in red. A loose wheel is potentially very dangerous so please find a good repair shop or your dealer as soon as possible!

Vehicles made by Audi use the Anti-lock Brake System (ABS) sensors to determine if one or more wheels are loose. Seen in yellow/amber/orange, an assessment is underway. If this light remains on after the wheels have been physically checked, there is a fault in the system’s ability to determine if the wheels are loose. Have it serviced as soon as possible.
Do not ignore the red warning light. If a wheel is actually loose, it could and will damage the wheel and wheel studs. Further, if it stays loose, it could cause a loss of control and lead to an accident.
