Door Malfunction
These are Driver’s Door Malfunction Indicator symbols. The first is seen as the outline of a car with an open padlock seemingly embedded in the vehicle’s roof. The symbol may be seen in red or yellow/amber.

This is likely a lock and latch malfunction that could result in the door swinging open while driving. Have a qualified technician or your dealer repair the problem as soon as possible.
If it is seen in red, the manufacturer recommends parking the vehicle and having it towed to the dealer.
The second symbol, from Maserati, is seen as a vehicle from above with an open door and an exclamation point. It points to a failure of an electronic latch and likely means that occupants cannot get out of the car! There is a mechanical handle available on both front doors under the arm rest.
