Message Indicator

This is a Message Indicator symbol. It is used to alert the driver to a message that will be found on the instrument panel’s message display. It may be necessary to “scroll” through various message screens using a selector wheel on the steering wheel to see the appropriate message. It may be a simple reminder that service is due, or may be an alert to a more serious problem.
