This is a Launch Control Indicator symbol. It is seen when Launch Control (LC) is enabled. The indicator is seen only as the LC acronym. Launch Control is a feature that can only be used in a straight line and is specific to vehicles that can be taken from the street and raced on a drag strip.

The feature can only be enabled when the vehicle is fully stopped.  LC helps stabilize the vehicle as it accelerates.
