These are Bad Weather Light Indicator symbols. The use of the word Light is likely meant to be Lighting in an English translation, as this option is found in Mini and Skoda vehicles made in Germany. This indicator will be seen when the bad weather lighting system is turned on. The color choice of white or green is made by the manufacturer.

The automatic headlight control must be active before switching on the bad weather lighting. The system ensures “optimized illumination of the roadway in poor visibility, such as fog or rain”. Bad weather lighting ensures the distribution of the low beams is adapted to the visibility.

The indicator makes use of the traditional image used to depict a headlight, which is a near oval shape with lines radiating from it in a downward direction. It then adds what is a cloud and rain drops in front of the light.
