This is a Charge Door Open Failure Indicator symbol. It will be seen in the case of a failure of the high voltage battery charge door electric opening. This light, which does resemble a door and an electric plug if it is stared at long enough, should also, fortunately, be accompanied by a message on the instrument panel. This is only a Maserati symbol for now.

The charge door is opened by touching the proper “button” on what Maserati calls its Comfort Display. This display resides immediately below the center entertainment screen and offers controls for nearly everything from lights to drive modes.

If the charge door does not open with the soft-key, it can be opened manually using an emergency release found on the bottom left of the rear bumper. A flap must be removed which reveals a release cable.
