This is a No Lights Switched on Indicator symbol. Associated with automatic exterior lighting, the lamp is a reminder that conditions warrant switching on the automated lighting system. The control light may also light up in the instrument cluster.

As noted, this is tied to an automatic lighting system. Lights are automatically switched on or off according to lighting conditions and/or vehicle operation. Functions include low to high beams or vice versa, parking lights and daytime running lights.

The indicator looks like an old style light bulb with lines radiating from it in yellow/amber/orange.
