I ran across a video short on YouTube that I first thought was someone being staked but turned out to be from Parker’s Mobile Mechanics. And they actually did follow the woman. I’ll link the video below.
It turns out that Parker’s Mobile Mechanics offers completely free mechanical service to folks that would have difficulty paying for. The lady in question drove to an auto parts store for brake repair pricing with her emergency flashers on, which got Parker’s attention.
The video is of he (Mathew Parker) and an associate doing a full 4-wheel brake job for free.
I’d never heard og him and his operation before, and the best information actually came from a closing statement on the video. His YouTube page offers nearly nothing.
“My name is Matthew Parker founder, creator, and owner of Parker’s Mobile Mechanics. We do free repairs and car donations for the less fortunate!”
There’s much, much more, including the fact that the city he lives in (Tulsa, Oklahoma — which took even more digging) is not so happy with what he does!
Regardless, I am in awe of what he does. His YouTube page shows over 2,000 videos and 835K subscribers, now including me.

Technology is always changing and what is current and accurate today may be literally out-of-date and inaccurate tomorrow. And when it comes to the current state of flux in the auto industry, nothing is more true.

However, a further search turned him up on gofundme, linked here.
