This is an Off Road+ Indicator symbol. It is seen in yellow/amber/orange when the Off Road+ system found in some Jeep vehicles is activated. The system is designed to improve the user experience when using specific Off Road driving modes.

When in 4L(ow), engine and transmission calibration and traction control is adjusted to lower speeds. When in 4H(igh), engine and transmission calibration and traction control is adjusted to higher speeds. Electronic stability control is turned off.
