A complete check of Vauxhall symbols for current models added a scant two indicators to the page.
This is actually a relief given that the page is already approaching 150 entries.
Both of the entries had to be created. One was a Key Fob Not Detected symbol, and where there are already two dozen available for use, Vauxhall chose to turn the key in the image around and to add an exclamation point.
Another curious indicator is the one to the right. And it required an entirely new post.
It was listed as a Vehicle Locator Lighting Indicator. Locator lighting is intended to locate a vehicle in weak lighting conditions or to aid in lighting a path to its know location using the remote control.
Pressing the lock button two times will set off an eye-catching animation. The headlights will remain on for several minutes.
Thus, the driver would be outside the vehicle while this function is active and an indicator is pointless. However, we considered two scenarios where an indicator would come into play. You can see the full explanation here.
The Vauxhall dashboard symbols page and its 149 entries can be found here.
