These symbols are used by Kia. When the battery is too hot, the indicator with the fan image will be seen (first image). If the battery is too cold, the indicator with the heat rising lines image will be seen (second image). Both are shown in green.
These are essentially weather dependent. The EV high voltage battery responds to the temperature of its current environment.
