This is a Fuel Cell System Fault indicator symbol. From Opel, it will likely be displayed with a wrench (spanner) symbol. Both will be seen in yellow/amber/orange. It appears as a vehicle with H2 (for hydrogen) above and an exclamation point behind it.

Fuel cell vehicles do not run directly off the fuel cell, but rather a high-voltage battery which is kept charged by the fuel cell. Because of this, the vehicle can still be driven within the range remaining in the battery.

This provides an opportunity to find a qualified service center.
