CNG Malfunction Warning Indicator

CNG indicator.

This is a CNG Malfunction Warning Indicator symbol found in some Suzuki models. It will be seen if there is an issue with the CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) fuel system. It is also seen briefly as a system check when the ignition is first engaged.

If the warning lamp glows continuously with the ignition on there is some problem with the CNG system. A qualified service center will be needed to address the issue.

If the lamp blinks while the engine is running, it indicates a problem in CNG system that prevents the vehicle from running in CNG MODE. In this case, the engine will switch over automatically switchover petrol (gasoline) mode. Again, a qualified service shop will be needed.
